New Product Shoebox Swap
Calling All Demonstrators!
Join us for a Shoebox Swap to create cards using new product launching in September. That means products from the 2026 September-December Catalog and September’s new Online Exclusives.
What’s a Shoebox Swap?
A fun opportunity to gather with fellow demonstrators as we create pre-designed projects.
Why participate?
- To create beautiful projects that you can use for your own personal or business purposes.
- For the fun of collaborating with other demonstrators.
- To be inspired!
- And it’s great practice for class/event prepping.
How does it work?
- Sign up and complete your registration for the Shoebox Swap.
- Design a full-sized card or 3D project using NEW product, either from the 2026 September-December Catalog or from September’s Online Exclusives
(any current product that’s available to purchase via the online store, excluding Last Chance items, can be used in addition) - Cut and prep project kits* and place them in a box (sort all the pieces of the card just as you would for a card class/workshop).
- Bring your “shoebox” with card kits, all the product used to make that project and 1 completed sample attached to the box. Don’t forget your own basic crafting tool kit!
- Plan to stamp and assemble the projects during the event.
(A little tip for those who are concerned about having enough time to complete the projects is to take a picture of each project and stamp everything before assembling. Then take your time assembling the projects until the event is over. Most demonstrator get all of their projects completed in the time allotted.) - Expect to have a really great time!
Cost to Participate
$15 – this fee is used for door prizes
Food & Beverage
Food is not included with this event. The event will be hosted at a cafe that serves specialty coffees, baked goods, breakfast and lunch. Because of this, no outside food or drink will be allowed. Please plan to grab a coffee, breakfast and/or lunch at the venue. Our patronage will be greatly appreciated.

Please note that once you’ve registered for the Shoebox Swap, there is no cancellation after the registration deadline. If for some unforeseen circumstance you are unable to attend, please either find someone to take your spot or make arrangements to have your Shoebox present at the event.
*Number of kits required will not exceed 20. The final number will be shared after registration closes.
